Keith was born in Malta, Montana. Keith attended the University of Montana and earned a B.A. in 1975 with high honors and graduated in 1978 from the University of Montana Law School with honors. He was admitted to the Montana Bar in 1978 and in 1980, he was admitted to the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Throughout his career, Keith has been a member of the Twelfth Judicial District, Seventeenth Judicial District, and the State Bar of Montana of which he was president from 2004-2005.
Keith’s primary practice areas include: business organizations and estate planning/probates.
