Chris Walker was born in Memphis, Tennessee and grew up in Kalispell. Chris received his B.A. in International Relations with Distinction from Carroll College in Helena in 2011 and his J.D. with Honors from the Blewett School of Law at the University of Montana in Missoula in 2016. Chris was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Montana in 2016. After law school, Chris clerked for Judges John McKeon and Yvonne Laird of the 17th Judicial District Court, State of Montana.
Chris is President and a board member of Havre’s Helping Haven, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit which provides clothing and other household items at very low prices to the Havre and surrounding Hi-Line communities.
Chris is a member of the State Bar of Montana, the Montana Twelfth Judicial District Court, and the American Bar Association
Chris is married and has two beautiful young children. Chris enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading.
Chris’s areas of practice include business law, estate planning/probates, transactional, real estate, corporate, and agricultural law.
